Once an order has been confirmed, it may not be possible to modify or cancel it.
This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
All purchases are intended for personal or household use only and may not be resold, exported, or used for commercial purposes.
Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs, customs duties, or import taxes (if applicable) are shown separately during checkout.
You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information and authorize Yumi skincare to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of payment failure, suspected fraud, or incorrect pricing.
Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to the following countries:
- The Netherlands
- Belgium
- Germany
- France
- Austria
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are 1–3 business days for the Netherlands and Belgium, and 3–5 business days for Germany, France and Austria.
In accordance with EU consumer law, the risk of loss or damage to products passes to you only upon delivery to you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier.
Yumi skincare is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, product names, images, text, graphics, code, and website design, is owned by or licensed to Yumi skincare and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Yumi skincare is powered by Shopify, which provides the technical infrastructure for our online store.
All sales are made directly between you and Yumi skincare.

Feedback and Reviews
